Broken heel nightmare

I bought these to wear for a wedding rehearsal and within one hour of putting them on for the first time, the heel came off of my right shoe. I was able to push it back on with the nails, but this is unacceptable for a shoe at this price point. Clearly the quality I expect from Sam Edelman has gone downhill.

Comfortable & gorgeous
