Unfavorable service

Terrible customer service from Macy’s. Com representatives, I spoke to three (3) different reps on 3 different calls over a 3 week span all three gave me inaccurate information, I never received a confirmation email for any updates on my attend purchase, I never received my purchase but they continued to charge my credit card. Finally the situation was rectified but in the end my intended Christmas gift was ever received.

Awesome laptop back

Toiled over spending the $$$ for a Tumi bag bit decided against it and happy I did! The bag has many compartments to help with keeping my mobile office organized. The space is ample for a laptop, additional wireless monitor, mouse, wires and even wireless keyboard. I like how the side pockets stretch to hold my big water bottle. The only improvement would be grippier straps, slippery, so hard to carry one sided.

Great bag; minor drawback

Beautiful, lightweight bag. the only draw back is that all of the zippers are not set to hold a lock. That little feature would have made this a 5!
