The quality was cheap to me based on previous Samsonite luggage purchase that I have made in the past. Returned and purchased the Samsonite Silhouette 17!

I've purchased over 20 pieces of Samsonite luggage during my lifetime, but no more! I'm better off going cheaper and living with lower expectations, rather than spending more and being disappointed over and over again.

It says that there is a usb port in the description, but it does not exist. I did not return it because I did not have time to return it.

On my very first trip with this new suitcase the shell got multiple large cracks which together form a big hole. Actually this was my second new suitcase -- the first one had a broken wheel when I received it, so they sent me this second one. The workmanship is very poor quality, I will avoid Samsonite from now on.

I insisted on a Samsonite but what happened to there quality!!! The shell crack the 1st and only trip ! My mother had a set of Samsonite since 1975 she STILL uses. This made me insist on buying the brand. The shells are so thin compared to the original luggage but STILL should last more than 1 trip!!!

Durable, nice looking hardside luggage. Easy to walk thru airports because the wheels are spinners and balanced. I like the retractable handle and the option to be able to charge your electronics from usb port attached. Hope to get a lot of traveling out this suitcase.

Great, strong and durable. It can not only hold large amounts of items, it also has a good outer shell to protect whatever I put inside of it. The only thing I need to be mindful of, is that even though it is large, airlines usually only allow 50ibs of weight, so it's easy to go over that limit due to its size. The luggage is large, so please be mindful of that before buying. Other than that, I love this piece and hope it lasts many years to come.

Wheel broke off 2nd time bag was used. Just purchased the bag in late July. Wheel broke off wheeling into airport. We were going out of the country so was VERY inconvenient the entire trip. Do not purchase this bag. Bery disappointing
