Enjoying them

I am enjoying our suitcase set. It holds a lot. I love the compression side. It is a little challenging to have them nested inside each other aside from that they are great.

Lock and tool disappointment!

Bought this because recommended in Consumer Reports, however, can’t find my exact lock style nor is there a tool to set combination. I need the instructions and because I paid so much even tho on sale, I expect to find and have what I need! I haven’t even started to pack to comment on that.

Broken zip

Unfortunately, leas than a year after purchase the suitcase got damaged/ broken zipper and its outside the return : exchange window.
