I would buy this again if was softer. A little more give

I love the outer felt covering, very soft. The pillow itself is very hard and doesn't work for me. It gave me neck pain

Too stiff!!

I'm not sure what the rave was about on this, because it is so stiff that the only thing I wanted to do after I tried it was return it. So disappointed!

Great for work

I actually use this as a back pillow at work. One of my co-workers has one & she loves it. She let me use it while she was on vacation. I decided that I needed to get one too!
