Terrible

Fell apart after the first use. Customer service is unreachable. Don't recommend neither this suitcase not the company.

It doesn't get any better than this!!

This is one of my best luggage purchases and the first I purchased a hard shell case. The quality and craftsmanship on this case is top notch. Easy to maneuver and plenty of run to pack. Light weight and comes with a 10 warranty. I look forward to using this on my next vacation.

Beautiful piece

I cannot brag about this suit case enough. It has a gorgeous outside. Very sleek and nice. It has a lock on the outside to keep your luggage safe. The inside is very spacious and has several compartments to keep things organized. I cannot wait to travel with it.

Samsonite Has Done it Again

This Hardshell Luggage is a traveler's dream come true. This Shilloute 16 Spinner has everything you need then some, Hardshell, wheels, charging port for USB, combination lock, easy TSA access for fast secure travel, a wet compartment, it's lined beautiful had fold out clothes compartmen;t so your clothes are nice wrinkle free. I just went on a trip and packed 2 kids, my husband, and myself into this Suitcase!
