It’s light and aesthetically beautiful, very functional and made with high quality. I have bought less expensive brands and they get damaged quickly and more expensive that are actually at par with Samsonite, they are not worth the extra cost. Samsonite offers the right value for the price.

Quality Feels Great
I just purchased my Samsonite Carry-On and have not used it yet, but the quality of the product feels great. There are many additional packing cubes and separate compartments that set this one apart from many others. I ordered online for pick-up and Macy's had it ready for pick-up within one day.

Very Disappointed Terrible Zippers
I am completely disappointed in the quality of this luggage. I purchased both the medium check in and the carry on. BOTH zippers were faulty. Both luggages were underweight and properly packed. The check-in zipper popped right before my flight, I had to buy a luggage belt to help keep my belongings secure & just hoped during my flight that my belongings would arrive intact. The carry-on zipper popped open when I was already at my destination. Now I have to order a luggage belt for my carry-on, an absolute joke. For the amount of money and weight the Samsonite name carries I expected better. And now, I am not back state-side until the end of August and am unsure how to get this fixed, reimbursed. Included the picture of the faulty carry-on zipper.
