Faulty zippers.
This is a beautiful suitcase and the outside material is elegant. Unfortunately the zippers broke on 2 of our suitcases on our first trip using them. The first time it broke during a flight and the airline had to put it in a plastic bag. The second time we had to get it saran wrapped at the airport because we were afraid that it was going to open during transportation again.

Yes, they’re very nice. They worked very well. We are only problem. Was trying to get the garment bag to zip.
