Delivery issue for order item

I recently placed an order with Macy’s, and while I enjoy shopping with them, the delivery process was very disappointing. The tracking link provided did not work, and there was no way to enter the tracking number on the DoorDash website directly. On top of that, there was no clear context or details about where the package was actually delivered. When I reached out to DoorDash customer service, the experience was unproductive. The representative was unable to provide any information on where the driver left my package or any specifics about the delivery. For a partnership between Macy’s and another delivery service, there really should be clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) in place for drivers to follow. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not my package will arrive securely or where it will be left. Macy’s needs to ensure a smoother, more reliable delivery process if they are going to use third-party services like DoorDash.

Defective Product

I believe I was sold a defective or used item. I set it to the manufacturer recommended 000 and my locks wouldn't open. The dial was not set to 000 I had to turn it. So disappointed as I have a flight in the morning.

Light and agile

Bought all three sizes just before going on a trip. Needed the carry on and mid size for this trip. They are a dream! So light but they are sturdy and agile. All three nest inside each other for storage which helps with space. Like how the interior is made with places to segregate belongings.
