Quality suitcase

Quality issue Missing zippers with just one trip

I purchased this luggage 9 days ago and flew just once. I was shocked when I saw an open front packet with Two missing zippers from the baggage claim. I have been using many Samsonite bags. Actually I used 5 of Samsonites for my family during this trip. I have never seen this kind of issues before. I checked all other areas. All other areas are intact and even wheels are in a very good shape which means it is not an issue from airport. I tried to get warranty repair from Samsonite, but didn't get a reply yet. Very disappointed.

Great luggage

I traveled with the complete set of this luggage last summer. It did not break, worked great, kept the looks, and is good for storage as the carry-on suitcase fits perfectly inside the spinner. So, i bought another spinner for our new trip.

Other occasion to buy:Samsonite piece of luggage. Nice color blue. My husband likes it and he is a picky person.

Durable and a great size for 4-7 day trip.

The perfect sized suitcase. Not too big and not too small. Rolls nicely when full.

Complete waste!!

Purchased in December and have only flown with it once! The front is ripped in the seam. The warranty seems to be a joke as well. Stay clear! Also purchased the carry on and it ripped in the same location!
