Tv didn’t even pass 18 months and already died, just casual watching at night time, and they only have a 12 month warranty so out of luck I guess. Don’t buy samsung.

Poor reliability
I bought the 65" Class Samsung Neo QLED 4K QN95B (2022) just short of a year ago (May 29). I also bought a Q930C soundbar to go with it. It had been functioning well till several weeks ago, when it started having problems with the Soundbar behaving inconsistently, at times not being detected by the TV. Then over the last week of so, the TV has been turning off in the middle of viewing some media on Netflix/Prime Video/etc. It refuses to turn on with the remote or even disconnecting from power. I was able to restart it by disconnecting and reconnecting the One Connect cable, but it appears as if the problem is getting worse as today evening this occurred about 5 or 6 times and I got frustrated with disconnecting/reattaching the cable every time, This has been very frustrating. Very disappointing that an expensive system should behave so unreliably.

Do not purchase
Horrible TV. Died on me 14 months after purchase. It’s insane how a nearly $3k tv only has 12 months warranty.

A great TV.
Very happy with this new TV! My old one had problems from the time I first got it. Acted like it was haunted!! This is such a pleasure—not having to deal with all that.

Great picture. Software is not as stable as it sho
Bought this tv 7 months ago. Tv failed to turn on. Unplugging power which solved my problem many times did not work. Samsung sent tech. Replaced main board. Solved problem. Has failed to turn on once in 6 weeks, but recycling power has solved the problem. Also hat to reset to factory defaults because I could not adjust app icons on home screen.

Great TV
I bought the 65QN95B,and I was really surprised to see the picture was as good or better than the LG OLED witch was the I replace. I have some reviews complaining about the sound. We'll buying a tv and expect the sound to be high quality is insane.

Great TV
This TV replace a 2017 Samsung 75” 4k tv. The old tv was very good but the QN95B with HDR is much better. I do not notice the reported blooming. I am pretty sure this due letting the TV decide the brightness appropriate for the lighting in the room rather than run it at full brightness. I have never seen a discussion anywhere on whether TV cameras have blooming too. My money is on the side that says they do. This would make it difficult to determine exactly where the blooming is coming from. Food for thought.

brilliant product
does what it say on the tin, still a great tv even if its 2 years old, love multi view and pip which was 1 of the reason I bought this Neo Samsung tv. Goes well with tablet and Samsung phone via smart things cheers.
