Misled

I see Samsung replying with "Please know the 2025 Frame Pro TV is only compatible with 2025 model year Bezels" on several reviews. Where is this clearly stated when purchasing the bezel? Why did I have to find out AFTER I purchased the product and tried to install it on my 75" Frame Pro, but the hole on the bottom is not large enough for the sensor on the bottom of the TV? Samsung - please update the product descriptions to clearly state if they are for the Frame or the Frame Pro!! Do not hide this fact in the specs section via model numbers!

Too large and needs more magnets

The bezel is too large and the bottom part falls off my tv. It needs larger magnets or more to hold it on.

Unexpectedly complicated install; pretty

The enormous box that houses power and media plugs is a largely unspoken detail of The Frame. For the TV to achieve its aesthetic potential, we had to make an even bigger hole behind the TV to house it.
