It has great features

We are senior adults and can’t hear the TV without turning it up so loud it is blasting throughout the house.

Junk products, no support.

Screen failed less than two years after purchase. Also have a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker that’s failed for the fourth time. Samsung corporate won’t help with either problem. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product.

Good Mid-Range TV

Picture quality is very good, sound leaves much to be desired. I recommend laughing with a sound bar. I'm not a fan of the user interface, which is much different from my other Samsung TVs. We connect our mobiles phones to share content frequently, which goes without problem about 95%of the tune.

Not great

Very disappointed. I had a Samsung TV in the past that was much better. This one is not bright, the picture is very dark if there is a night time scene. The settings don't give much control over the picture or sound. The remote is small with few options. The older Samsung TVs were better. The settings options were also better on the older TVs.

Beautiful screen and size

I really love the clarity of the TV we purchased the 85 inch Samsung and it makes it feel like your in a movie theater we are both above the age of 60 and had the TV mounted in our living room it is very clear and easy to watch

Fine TV bud sound options are terrible!

I purchased this TV last year for my rental summer home. I have two at home and have been very satisified. This one does not have an audio port of any kind except HDMI. I have a hearing problem and need higher volume to watch TV. I used to be somewhat of a TV geek but this one has me stumpted. I have be unable to attach any kind of personal sound device. I have bluetooth hearing aids and they seem to be connected but volume is so low I can't hear it.I tried to add a sound bar, That doesn't work. This is driving myself and my wife crazy. She is kindly letting me put the volume up but I still can't hear is well enough to catch all the dialog. I have another Samsung that I do not need bluetooth for my aids so I think my only option is to switch out the TV's. That is if the other one has an audio out port. Sometimes the old way IS really better.
