Very easy setup from start to finish. The picture quality is excellent, and the menus and software are intuitive and responsive. Coming from a 2021 Frame TV, the improvements are noticeable and appreciated. That said, it would be great if older Frame models could continue to receive software updates for a longer period. The installers did a great job overall, especially given the mounting constraints. One area for improvement would be a sleeker power-cord design or the option to include a recessed power plate with installation. While the included spacers help, there is still a slight bulge where the outlet sits behind the TV, which detracts a bit from the “frame-flush” look the product is known for. Overall, an excellent TV with premium visuals and software—just a few refinements away from being perfect.

Love watching my TV. I don't like going to the movies but I enjoy being able to get a movie experience without going to the theater.

I love my Samsung Frame TV. It was a big investment for me. It matters who you buy it from. I bought mine from a company that has very good customer service. The TV has required many service appointments to make adjustments. It has some interesting features. I purchased a subscription from Samsung to use The Art Mode. It also allows me to upload my own photos from my IPHONE. I wish that the TV came with an owner’s manual. It has taken me several months to learn how to use it. Even though it’s not like turning on a typical flat screen TV, I’m still happy that I bought it. I would not have been able to install it by myself. So, I do depend on getting help from the retailer that I purchased it from.

Love the look!
We bought the tv to hang over a fireplace. It is exactly what we were looking for. The tv hangs perfectly flat. We purchased a frame to put around, but the tv is just as nice with the black frame that is standard on tv. We have had some issue with the picture scrambling and connecting to the cable company’s streaming device. The problem has always been resolved by unplugging and plugging back in. We do not have a frame membership, but have found joy in making wall art and finding free versions online.

The picture quality is fantastic, especially in Art Mode, where it blends perfectly into the room instead of screaming “electronics.” The matte display kills glare, colors look natural, and it even adapts to room lighting so artwork looks real day or night. Smart features are smooth — easy setup, good remote responsiveness, and solid integration with apps. The invisible wall mount makes it sit flush, which completes the illusion. I added the Modern Teak bezel later, and that small touch just ties everything together. My guests genuinely think it’s a framed print. We purchased our TV in the summer of 2025. The art and picture quality is an absolute highlight of the TV. The one connect box works well to reduce the amount of cords visible around the TV.

Frame TV was a great choice
It’s been 3 months since we acquired this TV. Initial reaction was -wow- what a picture! Maybe 10 years with a TV lulled us into believing it really couldn’t be much better. Yes it is. Very crisp images regardless of type of program, colour is fresh and vibrant. The sound is pretty good for a TV. Even this surprised me. A sound bar would be better to unit my. Classical music taste. We are extremely pleased with the Frame format. We chose the subscription service - what a pleasant experience to have art work as the image when not using it as TV. Given the features of choice of matting and color scenes makes it so realistic in terms of having the real thing on your wall. Extremely well done Samsung.
