Very pleased with this frame TV. Awesome art work and picture. I am supposed to get 1 free yr subscription, but it seems like I am not getting it. Not very happy about that.

The color of this TV is amazing.

We use this TV as our main entertainment in our family room. For movie night, and gaming family night. We even use it as a Bluetooth speaker for the date night.

Great Picture But Several Problems

I had difficulty getting the Firestick TV to work through the Pro Box. Also, I paid to have the TV mounted. I don’t think the two individuals sent were capable of doing the job. They could not center the TV over my mantle and hung it slightly crooked. I will have to pay again to get it corrected.

Beautiful TV

We wanted a TV that could blend in with our other art and decor. The Frame Pro does just that while also having a great picture when we watch TV and movies. We also wanted a TV with minimal or no wires showing. The One Connect box can be powered in a location near the TV but does not require a direct cable connection. This gives several options to for placement that work well for our space. The Frame Pro's art features, picture and design are a perfect fit for our living room.

Beautiful TV, One Connect Box pairing failure

Samsung The Frame Pro 2025 65". Gorgeous matte display, slim profile and Art Mode are standout features. Unfortunately my unit developed an early Wireless One Connect Box issue — stuck in a pairing loop due to a confirmed hardware fault. For a premium TV, connection reliability is essential, as this single box is a single point of failure. Other drawbacks: the UI feels sluggish when navigating menus, and there are ads in the interface — unexpected in a high-end model. It’s a bit like buying a luxury car and finding billboard ads on the dashboard screen - tacky! If Samsung improves One Connect Box reliability, menu responsiveness, and decides whether it wants to be a technology leader focused on premium product experience or an ad platform monetising its customers, this could be an exceptional product. Pros: Art Mode, matte screen, slim design, colour/contrast Cons: One Connect Box pairing loop, UI lag, ads in interface
