I was excited to receive this order for how chip was but after I get it was terrible the only thing on satin was the pillow covers, I feel I got scammed with this cuz on the picture shows everything was satin and when u received isn’t. DONT BUY IT

Horrible quality

These are the WORST quality sheets I’ve ever seen. I contemplated between these and the microfiber sheets from Walmart that I usually buy. Opted for these since I thought Macys would be better quality and it was my lucky day to find these in comparable price. They are the worst sheets. I washed them once and the sheets have threads pulling everywhere making them look like ragged old gross sheets. I’m going to try to return to the store. I’m not usually like this but golly these are the worst quality I’ve ever seen in a sheet! I don’t see the ability to upload pictures to show what I’m talking about but just take my word for it - don’t buy.

Bad sheets worse customer service.

When the seem splits open first use it is Absolute trash, and the customer service wasn’t any better. Seriously hate losing Macys as a favorite store. I started shopping online with them because the stores near me closed and it’s always been a favorite. No return beyond 30 days even if it is defective. I had no intentions of returning this product. I loved it till I went to use it. Of course it was past the 30 days. I really wouldn’t purchase they weren’t even tight and in no way should have split.
