2 rings- both lost stones

I have 3 of these and two have lost stones! I’m so disappointed! I have insurance on one but this should not happen! I don’t wear them often either!

stone fell out

So upsetting!!! Loved this ring. Used it with my wedding ring set!! A stone fell out.

Loose stones

I am very disappointed with the quality of this ring. The first one I purchased I had to exchange because a white sapphire fell out within a few weeks, and now there is a sapphire that has fallen out of the replacement.

beautiful item but the gems are falling out!

this was my christmas gift. I lost one saphire two weeks in. now I have lost a second. I work in an office and I am not hard on my jewelry. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality and I have no idea how to get it repaired. dont buy this product.
