Question About the Gemstones

I'm quite old now- in my 80s and have quite a few items of jewelry with various gemstones. Many of them can now be lab made and regular people usually can't tell the difference unless the jeweler discloses which are lab or natural. Are these gemstones natural or lab made?

Quality Control ???

We ordered two of these rings so we could choose the best one, sadly we had to return both of them. One of the rings (the one with the better sapphire was missing a diamond and the other had several issues with the main stone. This was intended to be a match with a pendant we purchased. This was intended to be a special gift that now falls short.

Ruby for me

My husband bought this for Christmas for me for a new wedding band. We got a great deal after opening a Macys card plus it was on sale. I absolutely love it. It sparkles like crazy. Yes the huge ruby in the middle isn’t the cleanest but rubys are rare and given the size it would have been way more. The underside is equally as beautiful. Very thick and heavy ring. I do agree however it is scratchy on the sides. That’s why it’s a 4⭐️. I felt a bit guilty for the huge purchase but I’m worth it and I just love it. 🥰

Is it Ruby or is it Sapphire

My recent purchase of what I thought was a Ruby and Diamond ring has left me confused. My intention was surely to purchase a Ruby and Diamond ring but upon examination of the ring tag I discovered it had two tags, one identifying the Ring as Ruby and the other identifying it as Sapphire, Now I receive your say I purchased a Sapphire riñg, The ring looks like a Ruby but I'm sure Macy's know what item they sale. Is there an error somewhere? HELP!

Beautiful ring poor quality

This ring is absolutely beautiful! Itwas purchased as a Mother’s Day gift from my husband it is also my birthstone. Unfortunately this ring is made with very poor quality as the stones fill out shortly after I received it. I was so disappointed that the center stone fell as well as a side stone fell out so soon. I hope that Macys will refund repair or replace this ring as I am a long time Macy’s customer and it is unfair too spend so much money on a ring and get poor craftsmanship and terrible quality!
