Great customer service after the sale

Love the color! We bought 2 of these sofas that’s why the request for the second review. American Leather products have definitely earned our trust, we just replaced a 16 year old sofa that survived 2 boys and a dog. We noticed on one of the cushions had been wrapped too tightly and creased, Macy’s came out to our home inspected the cushion and are sending a new one to replace it!! Excellent customer service.. Macy’s is always our go to for furniture.
