Beautiful dress , perfect size. I bought for my daughter. Size small. She is 5’.2

Upset

Received this dress today 5/28/25 for my daughter prom the dress is beautiful but it has to much glitter upon checking the dress there was a huge hole in the dress where the tulle is. This dress was worn and used already. Now again I have to return another dress. Disappointed in Macy’s stop putting used worn clothing back on the selling floor, inspect before returning to the floor.
