Straps broke at Prom

This is a beautiful dress. And my daughter loved it, looked great in it and thought she had the prettiest dress at prom. HOWEVER, as another reviewer said, the strap broke on the dress at the prom. The root cause is that the strap is secured on the back with a tiny plastic ring. The ring is not closed, but has a small opening. The ring either broke or the ring fell off during the prom which meant that she had to tie the one strap to the other in the back. Now, the second strap has come off of the plastic ring. IF YOU BUY THIS DRESS, do yourself a favor and get the rings replaced before you wear it. You don't want a wardrobe malfunction. I would love if Macy's could now fix the dress, but I don't even know who to turn to.

Beautiful dress, but......

This is a beautiful dress, but the quality is less then expected from Macy's. The first dress we ordered arrived quickly but while trying to zipper it, the zipper broke. Returned that dress to the store and exchanged it for the exact same dress and size. My daughter had the dress on for about two hours and the strap broke. So she is left searching for a safety pin to fix it. Second strap then breaks as she is coming home from prom. How embarrassing! Contacting Macy's today as this is unacceptable

Perfect Fit

My daughter wore this dress to prom and received endless compliments. She is a size 0 normally, so we ordered a size 0. The fit was perfect no alterations were needed. The dress is well made, simple yet with a touch of elegance and not overly revealing. We were very pleased with the fit and how well it's made and embellished.

Beautiful!!

My daughter tried on a lot of dresses for this years Prom but this dress fit her like it was made for her. She loves it so much. I will update my review when I take pictures of her leaving fro the prom.

Beautiful dress

We order this dress online the delivery took 4 days. The dress it’s beautiful and it fit perfectly. The beads were ok and they look great!!
