Perfect Size for 2 and easy to clean

We discovered Scanpan more than 25 years ago when Consumer Reports gave them a very high rating and we now have several Scanpan Classic pots and pans We mostly use this roasting pan for recipes that call for using a sheet pan, baking bacon (fits 8 slices perfectly), roasting turkey breast, chicken, potatoes, and for roasting vegetables, etc. It cooks food evenly and is extremely easy to clean. The Scanpan medium stainless steel roasting rack fits this pan and is just the right height and is also easy to clean.

Love it!

Built like a tank. Roasted red potatoes came out perfect and crisp with minimal oil. Cleanup a breeze. Love it.

Perfect!
