Not recommended

I love my knives, and have far too many. I wanted to love this knife, but have been very disappointed. It won't keep an edge. I steel my knives before each use, and regularly sharpen them. I do not recommend this knife.

I wanted to like it.

Hate this knife and the block I ordered. The blades get full quickly and the mirror finish causes food to stick to it and creates opportunity for injury. I have other Schmidt products and love them but these are garbage. So disappointed.

This is best sliced knife. Good price. But not chopping with this knife.
