Missing items.

I ordered this items along with another items from the same vendor, I only received the other items and not this one. Since this is a third party vendor and not fulfill by Macy's, I have reached out to them several times and I have not heard back. It has been a week since I received the incomplete order and I'm still waiting for a response.
