Great Mattress!

This mattress is so comfortable. I bought the firm which is perfect for me. Mattress delivery went well and the men were very courteous.

the firmness/softness ratio is good so far, can feel every movement such as partner turning, getting up and returning, which is not something I like. Hoping this corrects itself. Have only had mattress less than two weeks.

Don't waste your money, sags after 1 year!

Bought a queen 12" Jasper Firm about 14 months ago. It was good for the first few months, but now it is sunken in and too soft, my fiance wakes up with major back pain every morning. This mattress is a huge waste of money, can't return it now and should have purchased a better brand.

Very comfortable

The mattress is very comfortable. Sleeping well on it whether on my side or my back.

So far, so .good.. Time will tell..

Much firmer than the floor model

The “firm”mattress is VERY firm, much firmer than the floor model at Macy’s. I even went back to the store to test out the floor model, and can confirm that my mattress is much firmer. I think it might even be firmer than the “extra firm” on the floor. I’m really disappointed by the discrepancy. I am waking up with neck, back, and hip pain. Maybe my mattress will soften over time, but I think that’s probably a bad sign for the longevity of the mattress, anyway. I am very unsatisfied with this purchase.

Firm is not that firm. Extra firm is too hard

It's good. I bought Firm mattress but once started using it, It's not that firm. I think I should have gone for extra firm but when I tried in the Macy's store extra firm was very hard so Firm felt good.
