So excited to have this new Ricardo carry on!! It's perfect to replace my current Ricardo I've had for 10 years. I had to forgo the built in TSA lock, but this is so beautiful, it's okay. It's very lightweight and the wheels are awesome. Great price, too!

Love Ricardo luggage. Lots of extra little features that make it above the rest. This is my third piece. Unfortunately, the bus driver threw it around and he got a big black mark on my pretty blue luggage! Now wish I had purchased the black one, but not really! Highly recommend Ricardo luggage.

I want to like it very much, I had exactly like this one but different color for years. But unfortunately the new one did not last too long, during my first trip with new bag, the zipper got broken. And I missed return window for few days. Very disappointed with quality.

Nice color, good quality, and light weight. The one thing is that the hanger section doesn't have any support belt that holds garments in place (the older smaller model had that). But all in all, I am happy with the quality

Great suitcase with lots of compartments for everything you need for traveling - I bought one for myself and used it for a trip. I found it so well designed that I bought one for my husband for our next trip!

Cannot open zipper easily at sll, very disappointed

This is the fifth Ricardo suitcase I have bought in the past two decades. Each had an outside zipper pocket for hanging clothes. The one I purchased showed that there was a hanging clothes pocket in the online picture. There is none. I had to used it because an immediate international trip came up. I am not sure I will buy one again.
