Mislabeled as Firm
I had bought a single and inexpensive Support Firm only last year and that pillow is supportive like the old but discontinued Posturepedic Firm. This year’s line of Support Firm is not firm but is actually soft, where my head sinks in a still packaged Support Firm. It’s funny seeing a small pet sink in the new pillow but it’s disappointing that quality control has failed after one year. I have returned the pillows.

Sealy Firm Support Pillow
I have always bought Sealy in the past, but this pillow was definitely not Firm as indicated. It was pretty flat! I returned it!

This pillow offers zero support and firmness. Trust the reviews; don't buy this pillow unless you like yours flat as a pancake. Zero stars aren't allowed so I had to give it one.

These pillows are not firm at all. When I lay down on it, my head sinks all the way into the bottom of the pillow. I have to fold it in half when I roll onto my side. These are the worst pillows I've ever had and would not recommend them to anyone.

Never received order
I have never received my pillows. They were ordered on July 23, 2024. It is now August 19, 2024. I think it’s hilariously ironic that they’ve asked me to review something I never got.
