Don't waste your money!!

Huge waste. I have cooling pillows from awalmart that are nicer than these, cool better and COST HALF THE PRICE. This was one of my worst purchases of 2025. The pillows are like crinkle paper - they are crunchy when squeezed. Wish I could get a refund. They have no support - flattens like a pancake, almost like a rock when you sleep on them. Go to awalmart!!!!

Awful Support

I bought two of these pillows a couple months ago. When I first got them they felt nice, squishy and cool. After sleeping on these pillows for a couple of months now. They are flat as a pancake. That is not how I remembered them when I first bought them. I didn’t expect a pillow from this brand to go so flat so fast. I can remeber when I first bought the pillow it had a nice medium cushion to it. Now it hurts my neck every day when I wake up. It causes me to toss and turn all night. Would not recommend this kind of pillow.

this pillow was not cooling at all. It lost the shape quickly and I really wanted to send this pillow back after the first week

Very Firm Pillow

I was excited to try out this new pillow. The first night sleeping on it was a little uncomfortable because the pillow was too high and firm, but after a week’s time, I’ve gotten used to it. I don’t really feel the coolness of it because I have both a pillowcase and satin cover on it.

Don’t buy a pillow you can’t try first.

The pillow arrived in an open bag. Was not as described. I thought I was getting a firm cooling pillow. It had no support. I returned it to the local Macy’s. They were very helpful.
