Waste of money

Constantly having to flip pillow due to heat, very disappointed- no cooling properties whatsoever, i would NOT recommend these, nor would I ecer buy them again, waste of money

Bad product

Terrible had to send back 4 holes on side. To many ordered from macys had to send back. Not ordering anymore!

Buyer beware

My order arrived damaged, package open and wrong size... And when I tried to explain that to Customer Service they really didn't care. Its gross to buy a pillow already opened with brown spots on it. Yuck. Sad part is I really wanted to try the pillow so I don't blame Sealy. I blame Macys quality control. And I ordered a king....wasn't even the right size. I got a medium instead.

Nice and cool

For husband because his blood runs hot! Seems to be working - but only for in short intervals - doesn't stay cool for the entire sleep cycle (only 5 hours or so.) Nicely packaged and arrived in record time.
