I used to have pain in my sides from my old bed but sleep great on my plush Copper ll. It took a couple nights for me to adjust but after a week I am very happy. Its cushy but not so much that I smoosh into into. I really hope this lasts.

Do Not Buy This Mattress
I rate this a 2 because it is not the floor. This mattress is not plush. It has no softness for my hips and shoulders when I sleep on my sides. When I sleep on my back, my back hurts. For those joints, I might as well be on the floor. I feel this as soon as I lay down. it wakes me up throughout the night and the pain causes me to get out of bed even though I am exhausted. I sleep better on the couch.

I bought a mattress that was rated 5 stars by many reviews because I needed a mattress and the sale was ending within a hour and I couldn’t get to Macy’s before closing hours. I will never do that again! I had a horrible backache! Thought I’d give it a week or so and things were getting worse. I went to Macy’s and explained got a refund and ended up buying this mattress. Bought the adjustable bed frame too! Sleeping like a baby now! Go try it for yourself :)
bad delivery
bed has odor coming from it that makes me worry it is full of chemicals . Also didn't receive the promised white glove delivery. Although there were 3 people in the truck, one guy carried the mattress up the stairs himself and was in such a rush that he broke my wall hanging (damaged beyond repair) . Bed is comfortable and in good shape
Very concerned
The mattress was delivered on Monday, August 5 at 11 am. When I went to bed 11 hours later, I noticed a smell coming from it. The window was open in the bedroom all day and night. It is now Wednesday, August 7. The smell has not gone away. It also is being transferred to my hair and body. Even taking a shower has not helped. I contacted my salesperson. I was told to wait a few days. She told me that mattresses in the showroom have been there for a while and, therefore, no smell. In addition, the mattress felt hot to sleep on-something also not evident in showroom. This was my second mattress. I was assured that the first mattress would get softer in s couple of months. It did not. I asked to return it. Now, I am very concerned about the smell from this one and whether or not it will continue to feel uncomfortably hot when I sleep on it. I will wait to contact the salesperson and the head of the department Buying a mattress should not be this difficult.
I don’t like it and wish I could exchange it for a firm! It’s too soft for me. It’s a 4 star mattress, but just too plush for me.
