I was looking at mattresses for 2-3k and I just so happened to lay on this one and I thought it was decent. I bought it because it was on sale and I love it, it’s exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the price - it’s firm with a lot of support- I have no regrets this far

I ordered this mattress from the after pay app. The bed is good, but I may put a topper on the matress for a bit of softness. Check out was a disaster! I ALWAYS check out using klarna, but this time it didn't go so smoothly. I was getting the run around from Macy's to Klarna to my bank because no one knew how to help me with the payment questions I had. At first, I noticed a hold on my account after choosing the four interest free payment option. That's never happened before, so I was thinking because the purchase was so high, that this is why there was a hold... Macy's said the amount would reflect the klarna payment after the hold was released. That was not true. A few days later it looked like the klarna payment was deducted, then I noticed the entire amount was drafted from my account. I was frustrated and sent emails and made multiple phone calls. I was hung up on once and not called back. I asked for a supervisor but kept getting associates that could do nothing for me. I did receive help from a Macy's supervisor, but nobody from klarna reached back out to help me. The purpose of choosing klarna at check out is so you don't have to pay for purchases all at once.

So glad I purchased this set, well worth the money, I bought two sets of the mattresses and recently purchased another set for my mom's room. Very comfortable and firm.
