Uncomfortable and Sagging under a year of purchase
This mattress after 6 months was very uncomfortable. It started sagging.
Better than the old one
This mattress replaced a 5 yr old Sealy that sagged in the middle. This mattress is firm but has a soft top. It's not too hot. However I've noticed that one side of the mattress is higher than the other. So if I lay too close to the side I just roll back to the middle. The other side is normal. I've only had it two weeks so I'm waiting to see Olof it will even out with use. It's better for my back than the old one but I'm concerned about the uneven mattress height

Indentation issues
The Sealy mattress and foundation were delivered January 30, 2021 and replaced a 15 year old Serta mattress and box spring. It took a few days to get used to a new mattress, but within a week or so I felt I was getting a better sleep and was happy with this purchase. Now, after having it for almost a month, I noticed visible sagging at the top of the mattress where my shoulder rests. I'm a side sleeper and weigh 140lbs. It was hard to capture in the photo, but there is definitely an indentation. I don't know if this is normal or if it will continue to sink in over time. You can't flip this mattress - only rotate it. Other than the indentation, it's very comfortable.

New Mattress
The mattress is comfortable to sleep on. It arrived on time and I'm happy to have it.
Improved Nights Sleep
Enjoying our new mattress. We changed from queen to king, what a difference! Roomier and with my husband's restless sleep he is sleeping better and as a plus, I can not feel if he moves around during the night.
No a fan
Unfortunately I do not like this mattress. First day I woke up with muscle spasms and now I have dull back pain. The problem with the mattress for me is it is too soft and I don't feel supported when I laying on the mattress. It feels like there is no support and is difficult to get out of the bed because it is too squishy
