Bought this for my son and have not yet seen it. The pictures he sent me look like the mattress is a bit low. However, if I had bought the standard box spring it would have been a little high. Also, a dust ruffle will not fit with the Low Profile Box Spring. I guess we'll keep it though.

Great mattress and delivered with such good care. I was already to vacuum when the old mattress was removed and they insisted on doing that too!

Very comfortable

This is the best mattress ever! I had pain in my back and hips from my box bed, pain almost immediately gone. Best purchase ever!!!!!!!

Not even three months of use it started sinking in where we lay. We are not overweight and we have rotated the mattress every 30 days. So deeply disappointed in both Sealy and Macy’s! Sealy: We expected better quality from you! Macy’s: Your return policy made it too costly to return this mattress. When we buy a replacement it will be a different brand from a different store!

I loved the idea of the cooling feature of this mattress. Unfortunately to have the 10 year warranty you have to purchase a mattress encasement which covers the entire mattress. This defeats the cooling part of the mattress. My husband and I both wake up with back, hip and leg pain worse than with our old mattress. Laying on the back, side or stomach doesn't make a difference, some body part is going to hurt. I wake up during the night with my hip hurting and have to get up for a while. I really wish I didn't have the delivery people take our old mattress away.
