Love the mattress

I was looking for a firm mattress because they are easier on my back and this mattress was it! Sealy’s mattresses are always reliable and this was no exception. As for the delivery, I wish Macy’s had done a better job communicating with me. They initially gave me a delivery date and time and they never made it but they also never proactively reached out to me to reschedule.

My kids and I both like this firm mattress. We have difficulty to find a comfortable one for kids. We're lucky to find it is just the right one! I bought 3 ultra firm mattress for my three kids and they all love them so so much. When they sit on the mattress and read books there, they'll never get into it and that's really wonderful!

Sadly, more uncomfortable and more pain than before.

I loved the idea of the cooling feature of this mattress. Unfortunately to have the 10 year warranty you have to purchase a mattress encasement which covers the entire mattress. This defeats the cooling part of the mattress. My husband and I both wake up with back, hip and leg pain worse than with our old mattress. Laying on the back, side or stomach doesn't make a difference, some body part is going to hurt. I wake up during the night with my hip hurting and have to get up for a while. I really wish I didn't have the delivery people take our old mattress away.

Nice new second mattress

Big improvement over the old mattress in the extra bedroom. Great service by our salesperson at Macy's.

Too hard

The bed is harder than what I like. I can feel the springs or something hard. The mattress groans when I either get in bed or get out of bed.
