Nice for the price

It's a very nice mattress for the price. I thought it would be firmer since it had an ultra firm description. It is firm but not ultra firm.

It is the firm one we're looking for the kids. They're very good quality and firm enough to sleep but support the back very well! I guess it can used until my kids go to college.

Sadly, more uncomfortable and more pain than before.

I loved the idea of the cooling feature of this mattress. Unfortunately to have the 10 year warranty you have to purchase a mattress encasement which covers the entire mattress. This defeats the cooling part of the mattress. My husband and I both wake up with back, hip and leg pain worse than with our old mattress. Laying on the back, side or stomach doesn't make a difference, some body part is going to hurt. I wake up during the night with my hip hurting and have to get up for a while. I really wish I didn't have the delivery people take our old mattress away.

Too hard

The bed is harder than what I like. I can feel the springs or something hard. The mattress groans when I either get in bed or get out of bed.
