sagging after 3 months

I would not recommend this bed sagging after 3 months Macy's replaced once. with the same mattress again and sagging again has occurred they will not replace it again saying that it needs to be an 1 1/2 of sag before I'm eligible to get it replaced , and it's only 3/4 of an inch of sag so far but I would think with a new mattress there shouldn't be any sagging. if I had the option to do it again I would just buy a different mattress
