Well, I am reasonably assured that the mattress delivered is a Queen size Posturepedic Silver Pine Medium Euro Pillow Top mattress; because, I searched the Vendor Style # 52778351, on the internet. However, I seriously doubt it is a 15" thick mattress that I ordered and paid for with the assistance of the sales person working in the Mattress Department of the Macy's I visited, the evening of December 24, 2022; because, I have measured its height three times - in one week intervals - since its arrival, and each time it measures 13 1/2". Yes, the mattress is all I hoped it would be, regarding construction and bodily support; it is a Sealy Posturepedic after all! But, where is the missing 1 1/2 inches? What layers of padding is the mattress missing?

I’ve always had a sealy mattress and they’ve been good, but this is the sorriest sleeping mattress I’ve ever slept on! it has something that sticks in your back or hip whatever dude you’re sleeping on. This company needs to do something about this mattress! It’s pitiful!! I do not recommend at all!!

I am very happy with our new King size mattress. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the edges are not firm. We really wanted a mattress with firm edge support, and this one does not have it. Otherwise, it is very comfortable. I would also say that it is more firm overall than we expected. We chose it because it said medium firmness. We are side sleepers and so far find it to be ok. We’ve had it about 1 month. Macys delivery experience was great.

The one star is for customer service and not the mattress. After waiting 3 weeks for the mattress, having received my delivery window, having a text message from the driver that he would be there in 20 minutes I received a phone call telling me that the mattress was not be available and would deliver 2 weeks out. What type of company cancels your delivery the day of delivery. Someone dropped the ball and I am not impressed.

Bought this for my son and have not yet seen it. The pictures he sent me look like the mattress is a bit low. However, if I had bought the standard box spring it would have been a little high. Also, a dust ruffle will not fit with the Low Profile Box Spring. I guess we'll keep it though.

This bed is super nice quality, but it's definitely not a medium. It leans way more towards the firm/extra firm side.

Great mattress and delivered with such good care. I was already to vacuum when the old mattress was removed and they insisted on doing that too!
