We order this item 2 weeks ago. Got the email when it will be delivered and never showed up. We called Macy's and they said it was delivered to the shipping company and we have to schedule a delivery date through them. We call the shipping company and they said they do not schedule shipping dates that is Macy's. We have had a horrible time trying to get our mattress and we still do not have it or know fully when it will be delivered.

I chose this brand based on previous reviews but I am unhappy with my decision. After six months I noticed that despite not being slept on nightly, both mattresses exhibit the same signs of uneven ares, showing permanent body indentations. I have purchased other brands in the past from Macy’s that have maintained their quality…I have one on my bed that is both comfortable and retains its original shape. I have reached out to Macy’s about this issue and I am hoping for a resolution because I am not satisfied with the product.

The mattress is not firm as represented in the description, firm exuberant. Very disappointed.

The mattress feels softer than a firm but it’s surprisingly comfortable nonetheless. It does feel a little “sinking” when lying on your back but just right on your side. It’s too early to tell if it will sag but so far so good.

The quality of the mattress itself is great. However, if you select firm (like I did) do not expect it to be firm, it is a medium/soft feel to it due to how much you sink in the mattress. If you enjoy memory foam and sinking in to the mattress then I do recommend this for you because the quality of the mattress it is great. Macy's does have a very great 120 day refund policy and they do honor it, I returned mine with no hassle.

Excellent mattress! I bought a Simmons Beauty Rest Black Dimond, which was very expensive. However, I was not happy, so I exchanged it for the SEALY Premium Posturepedic Exuberant II 14" Firm Mattress- Full, and I am so happy! Excellent, very comfortable!! And not so expensive.
