It's ok but arrived damaged
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress was delivered with noticeable defects in the stitching in several areas on the mattress top - areas already unravelling. We had higher hopes for this mattress; comfortable but maybe not firm enough at a "medium soft."

Great mattress. At the beginning.
The mattress was great for the first six months. After this time we noticed that the mattress is starting to sag where we slept at. We tried rotating the mattress, this did not help. Mattress depth is also a problem, most sheets will not fit because the pockets need to be 16 inches deep. I have not contacted Macy’s about this yet. Plan to next week and hoping they will honor their one year comfort warranty.

Do your homework.
Already have dent on one side of bed from regularly sleeping on side. Less than 6 months old. Should have researched the is more.

Terrible delivery and customer service
Have never had worse delivery experience and customer service. First, upon delivery, the crew broke a floor lamp in my stairwell, played dumb, and hid it behind a potted plant. Then the two person team couldn't fit it up the final flight of stairs. They gave up and just left the enormous mattress in my living room. Macys customer service would only offer a "re-delivery" in one week. They wouldn't accommodate at all. I had to hire a separate crew to move it to the bedroom. We ended up returning the mattress anyway for being too firm. On the return date, the truck arrived and claimed the street was "too narrow". It's the same street it was delivered on in the first place! I went outside and measured it as 18.5 ft wide. They said they were going to look for other parking and just drove away and left without calling. Now customer service is again trying to reschedule for one week in the future. The mattress is again in my living room as I receive a new mattress (from a different company).

Comfortable
Just the right firmness. Soft top, more inner springs than recommended for a king size mattress. Obviously excellent support and comfort. Would recommend to anyone!

Best bed I’ve ever slept on .
Great bed . I had a sleep by number bed for years . Slept on my son’s spare one night and fell in love with the mattress. Ordered one the next day and was on sale . Three weeks later and I’ve never slept so good in my life . Thanks macys for a great deal and a 5 star delivery.
