Very firm matress

Purchased this mattress for my son. He said that it's very firm.

terrible terrible price misrepresentation

I tried to cancel a mattress set that said a mattress set. It turns out it misrepresented the ad. I thought was paying for a complete set. No it was just for a mattress way to much

Horrible quality

Absolutely no support. It was fine for about the first week but this mattress squeaks every time you roll over and it sinks in no matter where you move. A waste of $500 dollars.

Excellent Spring Mattress

It's been more than a month now & I wanted to get the white glove service. ​I purchased the Sealy Spring Bloom Firm in full size & I love it. I feel refreshed waking up in the morning, and feel so much better. The men were here on time, fast, courteous & excellent service. The spring mattress they now call a tight top may be a "No frills" mattress but it's what I needed + I gave away my hard foam bed with NO regrets. It was a horror like sleeping on a rock - sore back & legs it was odd I paid over $900. not including base and extra's. Oh lastly, there was NO sales pressure tactics to buy extras like other stores do & I bought it online after I called and spoke to a Macy's rep I love Macy's more now

Sealy Quality Rocks

Love my new mattress and box spring. Had been sleeping on a Sealy Posturepedic full sized firm for many years and needed to replace. Was extremely happy to find this once again at Macy's where I bought my original. The quality is excellent. Wonder why they did not include handles on the mattress sides as with the original which makes it easier to turn, etc.

Sealy Spring Bloom will disappoint - avoid

Perfect and nice & firm at first, but at the 6 week point developed a sink hole that we had to fill with a pillow. Called customer svc re their warranty & told a rep needed to come out to review! Really Macy's? Had back surgery and this was ideal, but it's a lousy mattress. We are not overweight, it's a poorly made dud. Hoping for a full refund.
