Firm but soft. Just right!

I bought this mattress on clearance for my mother’s caregivers. I looked at several lower cost items online but ultimately decided that I couldn’t allow the caregivers to sleep on a low quality mattress. It’s firm but has a nice plush top that makes it soft. Both of them have been happy with the comfort level. My mom doesn’t allow the caregivers to sleep much of the time so I want the caregivers to be comfortable. I’m pleased with this purchase as well as the white glove delivery! My only complaint is that delivery took a week!
