Living Room Chairs

Received chairs on the delivery today; chairs are exactly to the description provided; very elegant and beautiful, luxurious for formal living room and fitting for a den or bedroom area. Add review later on the comfort level; recliner works perfectly; love them! Delivery men very helpful and courteous.

Exceptional comfort

We got this for my husband to replace his zero gravity chair. This recliner is much better! The headrest, back, legs/feet, recliner angle are all adjustable. It keeps his ankles from swelling. Plus, it is VERY comfortable! And we got it at a sale price. Every day he says he loves his chair. I totally agree!

Buyer Beware

I had this chair for 10 minutes at most and the footrest no longer works. The buttons for the footrest makes the headrest move so all 4 buttons only move the headrest. After calling Macy's my choices were to wait 16 days for a serviceman to come out and try to fix it or wait until June 19th for it to get restocked then wait add'l days for it to arrive. Both options were unacceptable so I talked to the supervisor and he was able to change the repair date for 10 days away, not great but better. My issue is I can't lay in bed to sleep so now I'm left with nothing!

This is a very well made chair, and I love it.

The 2 men who delivered my chair were very careful and polite. I love my chair, and would tell anyone to shop at Macys

Great reclining chair

I loved this chair so much, I purchased a second one. It’s very comfortable, and could be used as a sleep chair. Delivery people were very efficient, and respectful of my home; even putting coverings on their shoes.

So comfortable! I bought the chair and the matching loveseat and I love that they give all the comfort of a power recliner but a modern look when not reclined. The highland stucco color is perfect — light with a gray pattern on it. The fabric seems like it will be durable too. So happy with these!
