Comfortable Sectional

Very comfortable Sectional. The only problems are the cell phone charger in the console quit working after day one and the couch started creaking after a week or so. The primary reason for the 3 star review is the atrocious customer service. They delivered the wrong piece twice and didn't get it right until the third delivery. During that time was a holiday gathering which was ruined (we moved out to another family members house) and horrible communication and false promisesFor discounts and experience resolution. It didn't happen. Very disappointed.

The sectional is comfortable, wide and firm. I like the support it renders to my back and legs after a long day at work. I will recommend this lovely sectional to anyone looking for high quality cushioned sofa. šŸ«¶šŸ¾
