Will never again buy from this seller.

Took three weeks to receive merchandise. I ordered two coats online, returned both to store. Then I received an email that the return had been received Dec.18th, showing that two had been returned. THEN on Dec.23rd I received an email that I had received a refund for ONE! So I called Macy's to get this straightened out and after a couple of calls I was refunded for the second coat. Macy's is just fine...but....this seller was not. Also, one of the sleeves on one of the coats was sewn incorrectly so that if you put your arm into the sleeve at the shoulder, you cant's get it out at the wrist....and vice versa!

Nice quality faux fur - nice coat!

Have not yet had the opportunity to wear this jacket - seems comfy though would have liked to have pockets lined with a warmer material. I like the idea that it's reversible - good for rainy weather!

Not true to size, better go up one..

Pretty coat . Not as luxurious and full as the same idea by Jones. They have a thicker fur and fits true to size.

Hope you have short arms

This is an absolutely stunning coat! But the arms are unusually short. By the time I received it, you only had extra smalls in stock so I missed out.

Runs small.

The coat runs smaller than it should. Make sure to get a size up. The outside "fur" feels very soft! But the inside is a smooth, plastic-y texture that makes the inside of the coat cold and loud. I do not like that feeling. I really wanted to make this coat workout, but I will be returning it, unfortunately.
