ONLINE PURCHASE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I purchased this watch with a green dial. The box came in the mail damaged, and the dial was a black dial. The receipt that was in the box looked like someone crumpled it up and added to box. I went to the Macys store to return. At first, I was told them may not be able to accept the return because the receipt would not match the SKU # of what I ordered. After finding a nice manager, they did accept the return. Please make sure you know the return policy when ordering online.
