I like it a lot!

So far, so good. I consider a wristwatch as more of a piece of jewelry than a necessary way to track time. However, it can't be just some decorative item that will not function properly. This is a rugged, high quality timepiece that will keep accurate time. The fact that the dial is textured that it catches light so beautifully is an added bonus. The option to wind it after it hasn't been worn is very important. The only reason I give 4 stars, instead of 5, is that it's still too new. Let's see how it stands the "test of time."

Macy's Failure at Customer Service,

Macy's has terrible customer service and failed to provide any resolution for failure to deliver the product. They shipment was claimed to arrive however there was no package to claim. They are shipping using UPS and take no responsibility to uphold customer confidence between their third party shipper. After a discussion with a service agent said they would provide a refund so I may make the purchase again and ship to a store however after the confirmation said the claim was denied for either credit back or reshipment. They did nothing to help find a solution and was able to provide no other resolution. This is the last time they will see my business and I have no confidence in their shipment delivery system.

the design and price are good,but the time is not right I've been trying it for a week I look youtube and seike website but time iswrong even after oneday

Classic beautiful watch!

Beautiful watch! Bought this for our son and he loves it! Classic, elegant look that can be dressed up or down. The only thing to note is the watch band is more of a patent leather which doesn't show on the web picture, but it is beautiful! Love it!

Handsome, eye-catching watch - he loves it!

Bought this as a college graduation gift for my son, who recently developed an interest in wrist watches. He loves it! Online photos don't do justice to the watch face color or detail. Almost a very light silvery ice blue color to it. Super sharp. He wore it to a work event recently where another watch aficionado noticed it and knew immediately it was a Presage. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that as many other reviewers have noted the band can best be described as patent leather. Much shinier than online photos show and kind of detracts from the watch's look in his opinion. He bought himself a different band and is keeping the other in case he has a really formal event. Score one for mom!
