Sizing issue

Watch is great, my issue is with Macy's, when I went to get the watch sized they neglected the fact the watch used both pins and collars to secure the links of the bracelet. When I got home the watch fell apart on me and I noticed that multiple collars were missing. When I reached out to my local Macy's they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Bad experience, had to buy the missing collars and put in the links myself.

never received a watch

Ordered the watch and was never delivered, tracking number provided is not valid. First tracking # from UPS then supposably it was going to be delivered to USPS but why? why not have UPS deliver directly to your door. Went to USPS location and was told we never received your package you were deceived there's no such tracking number doesn't exist. Showed them online tracking and even online it says under the tracking number; "Tracking is not available for this item. This may be because the tracking number is invalid; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons." It would be better if they had it in stock in stores but unfortunately they never stock this watch in any Macys stores only online order to for shipment. My suggestion stock this watch in stores and or make it avaliable so when customers order to have it delivered to store for pick up as an option.

New means Store Display and worst packaging ever

The watch is nice, but I bought a new watch and this is clearly a store display. It has a few small scratches. Not worth the trouble to return it. Whomever the lazy person who packed it just tossed the watch box in a big shipping box with zero packing. The poor watch destined to tumble about and get beat up inside the larger box. I will never order from Macys again. My first order and last. The Seiko is nice. This is not a criticism of the watch.

Poor from Macys! One of the rings holding thr belt fell off and when I went to Macys to get it fixed they refused it. So much for 2 year warranty and complimentary belt adjustment
