Exceptional Macy Experience

This has been one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I had in years. After an extensive search I found the watch, I thought was perfect for my wants and needs. Made contact with a Macy representative located in Macy's central PA. store near my residence. Ms. L was very pleasant, not pushy and answered all of my questions. Later that day, I placed my order online thru Macy's website per Ms. L's recommendation. Within 2 days the watch arrived from their warehouse in N.J. The watch was even more than I expected. Downloaded the instruction manual and began to make the settings. Some may think this was difficult, however with some patience and attention to all the steps listed in the manual it should be no problem even for the first-time buyer. After more than a week of use I can honestly state that this was one of the best watches I ever purchase. It was also my 3rd Seiko. Last Seiko purchased was a kinetic which I passed onto my son and it's still working.

Exquisite Design!

The online picture doesn't give this watch any justice! I surprised my husband with this watch for one of his birthday gifts. Beautiful color combination with an elegant and stylish watch design! The watch is very unique and looks amazing in his wrist. Even the sales employee was impressed by this watch! I used my Macy's coupons and got the watch at a good sales price! I am very satisfied with my purchase!
