Don’t Believe the Confirmation Email - No Changes

I never received this item. Having “gone paperless,” years ago and rarely ordering online, I missed changing my address in my profile. When I placed this order online, I was never asked to confirm the shipping address, but when my confirmation email showed the wrong address, it also stated that changes could be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. I immediately changed my address, receiving email confirmation within 5 minutes. I called the number listed to verify this new address was being used for my order but was told it was not and could not be changed DESPITE THE EMAIL STATING CHANGES COULD BE MADE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ORDER. I was on the phone for 45 minutes with multiple associates, none of whom helped the situation. I have documentation for all this.
