Unacceptable customer experience

I ordered the watch as a bday gift for my husband. One week later I receive an email stating “Your return has been processed”. I immediately called customer service and was told that the item was damaged during transit. The watch was on sale when I purchased it and when I attempted to reorder it, customer service was unable to honor the sale price based on the original payment method used!

Great watch! More of a casual everyday watch.

Great watch. I love the color and the overall visual design. It does feel light, as in, not So much weight to it. And then setting it manually versus radio seems a little complicated but nothing bad you just have to sit down and figure it out quickly

Great except for color.

Excellent watch with great features. The only disappointment is the green shown is no where near the actual color. You can only see that it's green in bright lighting, otherwise it looks black. Still an awesome watch.

Green?

The watch is very handsome but I was disappointed the face was so dark. I thought they shipped the wrong watch at first and accidentally sent the black version and then realized it was a very deep dark green not at all like the green in the picture. The gold accents were also very muted compared to the online image. My husband still liked it very much and kept it. He gets a lot of compliments when wearing the watch. You have to lookup the instructions online since it does not come with any and it’s a little tricky to set to the right time zone but once complete it seems to keep time well.
